Where we ship

Australian addresses only for now. The checkout will not accept an address outside Australia. If you are overseas and keen, tell us so we know the demand is there.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, and the price you see on the tee is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Every tee is made to order. Nothing is printed until you buy it, and it is printed in Australia. Allow 7 to 12 business days from payment to your door. That covers printing and the post.

This is an estimate, not a countdown timer. Public holidays, remote postcodes and the occasional busy week at the printer can add a few days.

Tracking

• You get an order confirmation email straight after you pay.
• You get a second email with a tracking link when your order ships.
• Nothing after a few days? Check spam, then contact us with your order number (it starts with AWI).

One design per order

Each order holds one design in one size. You can choose a quantity of 1 to 5 at checkout. Want two designs, or two sizes? Place two orders. Shipping is free on each, so it costs you nothing extra.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your address at checkout. Made to order moves fast, so if you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will fix it if the order has not gone to print.

If your parcel has not arrived well past the estimate, or turns up damaged, contact us with your order number. We will chase it and make it right. See Returns for how faults and damage are handled.
