Terms of sale

Short version: you order a tee, we print it for you and post it. If we get it wrong, we fix it. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Who you are buying from

This shop is run by Awaiting Input, based in Australia. "We" and "us" mean Awaiting Input. Contact: support@awaitinginput.online or the contact form.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Shipping within Australia is free. The price on the tee is the price you pay.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We never see your card details.
• If a price is listed wrong by obvious mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than print it.

Orders

• Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation.
• One design and one size per order, quantity 1 to 5. For more, place another order.
• We deliver to Australian addresses only. See Shipping.
• We can decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil, for example if the blank tee is out of stock at the printer. If we do, you get a full refund.

Made to order

Every tee is printed after you order it. Printing starts quickly, so an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it is placed. If you made a mistake, contact us straight away and we will do what we can. Delivery takes about 7 to 12 business days. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Colour and print variance

The product images are digital mockups. Screens differ, fabric batches differ, and direct-to-garment printing is not pixel perfect. Expect small differences in shade, print size and print position between the image and the tee you receive. Those small differences are normal and are not a fault. A print that is clearly wrong is a fault, and we will fix it.

Returns and refunds

No change-of-mind returns, because each tee is made for you. Faulty, damaged or misprinted tees are replaced or refunded. The full policy is on the Returns page and forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, the Awaiting Input name and logo, and the words, images and video on this site belong to us or our licensors. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the right to reproduce the design. Wear it, photograph it, post it. Please do not copy it onto things and sell them.

Using this site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, interfere with checkout or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Your rights and our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond those rights, and only to the extent the law allows:

• our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather or outages at our suppliers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
